Marie Curie: un referente para las niñas y mujeres en la ciencia
Marie crecía, así como sus ganas de aprender, pero cuando terminó sus estudios básicos se encontró con un gran problema: en aquella Polonia, ocupada por el Imperio Ruso, las mujeres tenían prohibido estudiar en la universidad.
Sin embargo, Marie no desistió. Se inscribió en la llamada «Universidad Volante», una institución clandestina en Varsovia que permitía a las mujeres recibir educación superior en secreto. Sin embargo, si quería obtener un título oficial, tendría que estudiar en el extranjero.
Junto a su hermana Bronisława, soñaba con estudiar sin tener que esconderse.
