THE BIOGRAPHY OF HRH ALHAJI PATRICK AJAYI OBOAREKPE (JP)

THE GIEAVIANWU OF AVIANWU.

His Royal Highness, Alhaji P.A Oboarekpe (JP) was born in the year of our Lord on November 18^th, 1922. He was born into the Ogbona ruling house in Avianwu Clan by peasant parents and as such had a humble beginning.

GENEALOGY AND PLACE OF BIRTH

HRH Alhaji P.A Oboarekpe hails from Ivhitse quarter in Ogbona Sub-clan-head zone of Avianwu Clan. His father Oboarekpe was the eldest son of Akpheokhai of Ivhiste, while his mother Aghiegho Oboarekpe was the eldest daughter of Agbayekhai who hailed from Okotor quarter of Iraokhor in Iraokhor Sub-clan head zone of Avianwu Clan, all in Etsako Central Local Government area of Edo State. HRH Alhaji P.A Oboarekpe was the 4^th child of his father.

Lami Phillips’ EP Is Almost Here

The 56th NAACP Image Awards have unveiled their nominations. It highlights various exceptional talents. These talents include Nigerian stars Tems,Ayo Edebiri, Burna Boy, and Wizkid, alongside British Nigerian actress Cynthia Erivo.

The awards ceremony, set to take place on February 22nd, will be broadcast live on BET and CBS from the Pasadena Civic Center. It will celebrate “Our Stories, Our Culture, Our Excellence.”

Usher and Burna Boy received a nomination for “Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (Contemporary)”. It was for their captivating song “Coming Home.”

Meanwhile, Wizkid earned a nod in the “Outstanding International Song” category for his soulful track “Piece of My Heart.”  The track features the talented Brent Faiyaz. Joining Wizkid in this category is Tems, recognized for her mesmerizing song “Love Me JeJe.”

We all know the what war was like in the Middle Ages, right? A bunch of rich guys get on horses and run into each other with lances, swords, and axes until one of them can't any more. And... that's pretty much spot on. But! How did the world (or at least the West, but come on, that's the important part of the world, right?) come to that state of affairs?
