I’m yet to get hold of a copy of Open, Andre Agassi’s autobiography – but last night, I read the extended extract published in Sports Illustrated.

He goes on to write about his rebellious nature as a teenager and how he had become the style icon with his dyed hair and ear piercings, which changed the way tennis players dressed.
