Happi is a Hindi-language film directed by Bhavna Talwar and produced by Vistaar Film Fund & WSG Pictures. The film, made in black-and-white, stars Pankaj Kapoor, and is an homage to Charlie Chaplin as per the director. Pankaj Kapoor plays the part of a Chaplin-esque character.[1][2][3] After being stuck in development hell, the film was released on ZEE5 on 25 December 2019.[4]
Plot
[edit]Happi is a comedy drama that tells the amazing story of survival of a social misfit set in Mumbai. The film is all about a man, who is content with what he earns as his needs are few and thus, he is comfortable being a misfit. He earns by making people laugh as well as by singing at Cafe Bombay.[5]

Kishore's son to enter movies?
Director Sanjay Chhel (Khoobsurat, Kya Dil Ne Kahaa) wants to cast Kishore Kumar and Leena Chandavarkar's son Sumeet as hero in one of his forthcoming films.
Sumeet is yet to give him the nod, but a meeting has been arranged between them this week.
Ilyasi opts for Ashima
Hrishitaa Bhatt (Shararat, Dil Vil Pyar Vyar) was Suhaib Ilyasi's first choice for female lead in his debut bio Wanted No 1 (Ilyasi hosted the popular show India's Most Wanted on Zee TV, until he himself became a suspect after his wife allegedly committed suicide bygd stabbing herself.
