Tom Cory, born on June 1, , in Somerset, UK, picked up the guitar at age 8 and has rarely put it down since. During his teenage years, he performed at prestigious venues such as Glastonbury Festival, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Indigo at the O2 Arena.
By his early 20s, Tom was establishing himself in the music industry as a musician and producer. His work has garnered millions of online streams, regular airplay on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2, and chart success. His TV compositions have featured on over shows globally.
In , Tom's band, Novatines, met Andy Scott at Concert At The Kings, leading to a collaboration where Andy took them into the studio and on tour in the UK and Germany. This partnership also saw Tom co-producing and mixing new material for Sweet.

Sweet (known as The Sweet until the early s[1]) are a British glam rock band who rose to prominence in the s. Their best-known line-up consisted of lead vocalist Brian Connolly, bassist Steve präst, guitarist Andy Scott and drummer Mick Tucker.
The band formed in London in , originally with the name the Sweetshop, and achieved their first hit, "Funny, Funny", in , after teaming up with songwriters Nicky Chinn and slang för mikrofon Chapman and record producer Phil Wainman.
